Sidekick provides a mode options dialog to which parsers can contribute option panes
for mode-specific options.
It would be nice if the same option panes could be used by the Plugin Options dialog
as well as the SideKick dialog. The sidekick parsers should have a single implementation
of these mode option panes that would automatically fit both the sidekick dialog and
the plugin options dialog.
