I have a lot of customized mode files which I tweak often, so I moved the ~/.jedit/modes
directory into my Dropbox folder and replaced it by a symlink. But now when I edit
one of the mode files, the syntax highlighting does not change in the corresponding
source files that I have open in jEdit. I need to restart jEdit in order to see the
new syntax highlighting that I just added.
I'm guessing this is a pretty simple bug involving the (non-)use of realpath when
detecting if the mode file has changed.
